Referrals
We offer home visits between the hours of 8am-4pm and will give families a two hour time slot in which the nurse will arrive. Visits can vary in length dependent upon the type of nursing care required.
During after school hours we offer clinic appointments at Sunshine House (in Southwark) on a first come first served basis.
On your first visit the nursing team will explain the frequency of appointments and complete an initial assessment.
