Overview
Our children’s community nursing team are experienced and highly specialised children’s nurses who provide expert nursing care to children and young people closer to home.
We work in partnership with GPs, other healthcare professionals, social workers and voluntary agencies to support children, young people, their families and carers.
We support children at home, in schools and at our local community centre, Sunshine House. Our team will see you either in your home, school or at Sunshine House.
Who is this service for?
Children and young people (aged 0-18) who are living in and registered with a GP in Lambeth or Southwark who have a clinical nursing need.
