Fill out a comment card

We have patient comment cards and surveys in our departments and wards. These are quick and easy to fill in. You can either give the card to a member of staff or post it in one of the comment boxes.

Other ways to get in touch

There are several other ways you can get in touch to let us know what you think of our services, ask a question, give a compliment or raise a concern.

If you have a concern about the care we have provided, it is best to try to sort it out straight away by talking to a member of staff.

If you're staying in hospital or visiting a patient

Talk to the ward sister or charge nurse (dark blue uniform). They will listen to your concerns, explain the situation, agree what actions should be taken and update you on progress.

If the ward sister or charge nurse is not on duty, you can discuss your concerns with the nurse in charge.

If your concern is not resolved you can ask to speak to the matron (purple uniform).

Speak to the clinical team providing your care, or speak to any staff member at a reception desk.
