If you have a concern about the care we have provided, it is best to try to sort it out straight away by talking to a member of staff.
If you're staying in hospital or visiting a patient
Talk to the ward sister or charge nurse (dark blue uniform). They will listen to your concerns, explain the situation, agree what actions should be taken and update you on progress.
If the ward sister or charge nurse is not on duty, you can discuss your concerns with the nurse in charge.
If your concern is not resolved you can ask to speak to the matron (purple uniform).
If you are worried about your child getting worse in hospital, please contact 020 7188 6404. Find out more about our hospital helpline.
If you or your child is an outpatient
Speak to the clinical team providing your care, or speak to any staff member at a reception desk.
