We only accept doctor-to-doctor referrals.
How to refer
GP referrals
All GP referrals must be submitted using the NHS e-Referral Service using these details:
- Specialty: Children's and adolescent services
- Clinic type: Rheumatology
- Service name: Children's Rheumatology Service @ Evelina London Children's Hospital, RJ1*
Referrals sent by email or post from GPs will not be processed.
Referrals from other doctors

Urgent referrals
To refer to our rapid access clinic (for patients requiring urgent treatment, such as joint injections or change of medicine) call the switchboard on 020 7188 7188 and ask for the on-call paediatric rheumatology doctor.
