This clinic is for young people aged 13 to 17 years old with rheumatological conditions. Young people are encouraged to start the appointment on their own and ask their own questions. Parents and carers can then join them to help fill in the gaps and agree the care plan.

• Location: rheumatology department, 4th floor, Tower Wing, Guy's Hospital

This is a clinic for young adults aged 17 to 25 years old with rheumatological conditions, including those transitioning from the children's service.

• Day and time: once a month on Monday, 1pm to 5pm and once a month on Wednesday, 4pm to 8pm

This is a clinic for young people aged up to 19 years old with complex multisystem inflammatory conditions, including lupus, vasculitis, juvenile dermatomyositis and scleroderma.

During the clinic, we'll check your blood pressure and may ask you to provide a wee sample.

This is a collaborative clinic for young people with kidney problems casued by lupus, vasculitis and other rheumatological conditions.

We'll check your blood pressure and may ask you to provide a wee sample.

This clinic is for children and young people who need urgent treatment (such as joint injections or change of medication).

This is a collaborative clinic for children and young people up to the age of 19 years old who have recurring fevers and autoinflammatory syndromes.

This clinic is for children with musculoskeletal pain related to altered biomechanics (when the body can't move properly), such as:

• chronic (long-term) sports injuries
• symptomatic hypermobility
• non-inflammatory musculoskeletal pain
• growing pains
