Physical neurodisability and movement service

Our physical neurodisability service helps to support children with neurodisabilities and their families.

Our team is made up of a wide range of specialists who provide expert assessment, advice and treatment depending on the concerns you or your child may have.

Our service includes:

  • lower limb clinic – assesses children who are able to walk
  • upper limb clinic – assesses arm and hand function
  • saliva loss clinic – for children who have difficulty managing their saliva
  • severe movement clinic – provides holistic medical and therapy support for your child's needs, care and comfort.

We may recommend treatment with medicines, botulinum toxin (botox) injections, therapy suggestions or referrals to other services, either at Evelina London or other centres. We work closely with you and your local healthcare professionals on how to carry out our recommended treatments.
