How to refer
Referrals are accepted from GPs or local consultants.
All NHS GP referrals must be submitted using the NHS e-Referral service.
Referrals sent to the nhs.net mailbox or by post from GPs will not be processed.
Other referrers should send your written referral by email or post using the contact details in the referral contacts box on this page.
Urgent referrals
During office hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm), please call us on 020 7188 0848.
Emergency referrals
Please call the hospital switchboard on 020 7188 7188 and ask to speak to the metabolic registrar or consultant on call.
