Area of expertise: respiratory problems
Simona Turcu has been a consultant at Evelina London since 2011 and her work has helped to establish the children’s respiratory and home ventilation service.
She is a member of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, British Paediatric Respiratory Society and European Respiratory Society. She teaches students from King's College School of Medicine and south London specialist paediatric trainees.
Simona entered the specialist register for paediatrics in 2007.
She trained in children’s respiratory medicine at University Hospitals Leicester and Great Ormond Street Hospital.
