We understand living alongside chronic pain can be challenging and affect how a child and their family feel and act. It can get in the way of daily life and a number of factors can impact a young person's chronic pain rehabilitation.
We aim to help children, young people and families to
- engage with rehabilitation, including occupational therapy and physiotherapy
- support emotional wellbeing, coping and overcome daily challenges in the face of pain
- enable young people and families to live alongside pain
- grow life outside chronic pain
This may be through joint appointments with occupational therapy and physiotherapy, workshops, individual or family appointments.
