How to make a referral
Our service is for children and young people up to 16 years old with a diagnosis of 22q11.2 deletion or duplication syndrome. We accept referrals from primary care or other paediatricians.
A referral can be made via the electronic referral system (e-RS).
We accept referrals from all hospitals within the South Thames Paediatric Network.
Transition
We do not currently have a formal transition service as there is no specific 22q clinic for adults.
We advise that future care is coordinated by the general practitioner in liaison with other involved clinical specialties. Read guidance on the care needs of adults with 22q11.2.
