At Evelina London, we strive to create a learning culture for healthcare professionals to enhance specialist skills. We aim to provide continual support, education and training opportunities.
We work with our academic partners King’s College London and London South Bank University to provide a wide range of training programmes, including simulation, clinical skills, speciality training and leadership development, plus undergraduate and postgraduate academic education courses.

Evelina London education supports and specialises in paediatric education events for all healthcare professionals.
The SaIL centre at Guy’s and St Thomas’ is leading the way in simulation-based education (SBE). The centre’s focus is providing realistic and safe learning environments in which to train healthcare staff and students.
The team includes multi-professional faculty that use state-of-the-art facilities to deliver high quality education and training. Healthcare staff and students participate in clinical simulation programmes focussed on patient safety and Human Factors (HF), as well as advanced clinical skills training.

The Guy's and St Thomas' education and events team specialises in adult and paediatric events, workshops, courses, visiting professional programmes (VPP), conferences and more from across the Trust.
Guy’s and St Thomas’ doctors receive some of the best training in the country. As a member of the King Health Partners we have access to world class medical research, practice and teaching.
We have over 700 doctors in training, including foundation doctors, core medical trainees, core surgical trainees and specialist trainees.
